18+ Age Requirement
sona121 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity. Age verification is conducted at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on sona121. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held, and a permanent ban from the platform.
BDT Accounts Only
All accounts on sona121 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and account balances are all expressed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player funds at any stage of the transaction process.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with sona121 games and betting markets honestly and in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, collude with other players, or manipulate outcomes is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and deposit matches offered by sona121 are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Terms May Be Updated

Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where a defined term appears in the body of this document, it carries the meaning set out below regardless of the grammatical form in which it appears.
- "Platform" The sona121 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible via the sona121 domain, including the casino game library, sports betting section, cashier, and account management system.
- "We", "Us", "Our" sona121 and its operating entity, including any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners acting on its behalf.
- "You", "Player", "User" Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether or not a financial transaction has taken place.
- "Account" The registered player account created by an individual upon completing the sona121 registration process, through which all deposits, withdrawals, game play, and betting activity are conducted.
- "Balance" The total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), comprising real-money deposits and any bonus funds that have met applicable wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits, deposit match amounts, free spin winnings, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a player's Account by sona121. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
- "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting funds become available for withdrawal.
- "BST" Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6. All time references in these Terms & Conditions, including promotion deadlines, session limits, and support hours, are expressed in BST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- "BDT" / "৳" Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which all sona121 player accounts are denominated.
- "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that sona121 is required to conduct before processing a player's first withdrawal or in response to any account activity that triggers a verification review.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the sona121 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registering — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. By completing the account registration process, you additionally confirm that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any feature of the sona121 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform at any time constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions as published on this page.

Amendments to These Terms
sona121 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security risk, in which case the amended terms take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and in the page hero indicates the date on which the most recent version came into force. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on sona121, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. sona121 is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit access to, or use of, its services by any individual under the legal gambling age.
- You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural-person organisations may not register accounts.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether applied through sona121's own self-exclusion tool or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme — at the time of registration.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You must not already hold an existing registered account on sona121. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. If you have a previously closed Account and wish to register again, you must contact support at support@sona121 before proceeding.
Registration Process
To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. sona121 uses the mobile number provided at registration as the primary channel for SMS OTP two-factor authentication.
sona121 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any time by unusual account activity.
Account security is your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. sona121 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — regardless of who is using them — is your sole responsibility.
Account Verification
sona121 conducts age and identity verification in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a driver's licence, or a utility bill dated within the last three months showing your registered address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of non-response, permanent account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Payment Methods
sona121 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

sona121 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review, potential suspension, and return of the deposited funds to the originating payment instrument.
Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit on sona121 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, high-value deposits may trigger an enhanced KYC review. Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits at any time via the account settings page as part of our responsible gaming commitment.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before being dispatched to the selected payment method. Standard processing times from the moment a withdrawal request is approved are as follows: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically dispatched within 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers are processed within 1–6 hours. sona121 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal condition: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to the withdrawal request being submitted.
Currency & Conversion
All sona121 player accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sona121 does not apply currency conversion at any stage. There are no foreign exchange fees, no cross-border transaction charges applied by sona121, and no currency risk to the player arising from account operations. Your displayed balance is always in BDT.
Bonuses & Promotions
sona121 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and seasonal incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses credited to a player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any resulting funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately within the Account balance. Real-money funds are used first in any wagering activity unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- sona121 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's Account. Once credited, the bonus and its associated terms remain valid for the stated validity period.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain in a player's Account after the bonus expiry date without the wagering requirement having been met will be forfeited without compensation.
- A player may only claim a specific welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times — including by registering duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent ban.
Seasonal & Promotional Offers
sona121 periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid bonus events, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) specials, Victory Day tournaments, and BPL season offers. These promotions are announced via the Platform and by email to registered players. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read before participation.
sona121 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players who are in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements at the time a promotion is discontinued will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms, unless the promotion was withdrawn due to suspected abuse.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games and betting markets available on sona121 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own rule set, which is accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
RNG Games
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots, virtual table games, and specialty games — use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for randomness and statistical fairness. sona121 does not and cannot alter the outcome of any RNG-based game after it has been initiated. Malfunction of any game voids all pays and bets for that game round, and the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's Account balance.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and live game shows — are streamed in real time from regulated studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The physical actions of the live dealer determine game outcomes; sona121 has no ability to influence live game results. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not entitle the player to a refund; where a round was completed before disconnection, the result stands as recorded by the game provider's servers.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting and other sports betting markets on sona121 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. sona121 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or that contained a manifest pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, the records held on sona121's servers and those of the relevant game provider shall be the authoritative record. Players wishing to raise a dispute must contact support at support@sona121 within 30 days of the disputed event.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sona121. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any Account balance (including both real-money and bonus funds), and may result in legal action where applicable law permits.
- Registering more than one Account per individual, including under different names, email addresses, or device identities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with sona121.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform account management actions.
- Exploiting any error, bug, or misconfiguration in the Platform, game software, or odds feed for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or exploited error will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using the sona121 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other players, probe the Platform's security infrastructure, or introduce malicious code of any kind.
- Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims to a payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings arising from the disputed deposit.
- Abusing the sona121 bonus system, including structuring deposits or play patterns specifically to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
- Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of wagering or withdrawing funds.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by sona121
sona121 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following conditions are present:
- The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Account was registered by or is being used by an individual under the age of 18.
- The Account is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that was in force at the time of registration.
- The Account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- The Account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.
- sona121 is required to close the Account by an applicable legal or regulatory obligation.
Where an Account is suspended or closed by sona121 following a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. sona121 will notify the Account holder of the reason for closure via the registered email address wherever legally permissible to do so.
Closure by the Player — Voluntary
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at support@sona121. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings page. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. Players who self-exclude permanently are not permitted to re-register at a later date. Players applying a temporary cooling-off period may request Account reactivation after the cooling-off period has expired by contacting support and confirming their intention to return.

Effect of Closure on Pending Bets
Where an Account is closed — whether voluntarily, by sona121, or via self-exclusion — any bets that were placed and accepted prior to closure but have not yet been settled will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Winnings from bets settled after Account closure will be paid to the Account holder's verified payment method where the closure was voluntary or resulted from a non-fault-based reason. Where closure resulted from a breach, settled winnings may be forfeited at sona121's discretion.
